Nordic Marketing Manager

Role Description

In the position as Nordic Marketing Manager you support the Nordic countries. The Nordic MK Manager will build the brand(s) transforming how customers experience Ejendals. You report directly to the Marketing Director. Your main tasks are:

  • Responsible for actively planning and developing local event and partnership marketing concepts which include promotional ideas, marketing materials, and activation details; approve plans and presentations created by team members
  • Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop robust integrated campaigns, launches, and projects
  • Responsible for driving the Ejendals vision and strategy for optimized 360 customer experiences
  • Responsible for implementation amongst the various marketing, advertising, media and PR initiatives to ensure 360 customer experience
  • Responsible for successfully managing 3rd party vendors, event producers, and promoters
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent brand messaging and creative assets across all experiential touch points
  • Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of annual communication plans for the Nordics
  • Responsible for scaling experiential excellence across multiple markets, teams, and touch points
  • Responsible for the ROI and the respective initiatives successes and failures

Traveling is a part of the job as a Marketing Manager and is estimated to be up to 30 % /annually.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experiential marketing experience for strong brands
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Clear demonstration of internal and external cross-functional partnership and strong collaborative approach
  • Demonstrated expertise with experiential strategy development, authoring briefs, project management, and ROI measurement
  • Excellent presentation, oral and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines and scopes of work
  • Experience of working on an international market
  • Experience of operational responsibility to prioritize, plan and implement event and trade fair activities
  • Experience of working operationally, tactically and strategically
  • Experience in B2B industry and B2B2C

Personal Traits
You are a hands-on individual who is used to implementing and executing projects. In the same time you have a strategic mindset and overview perspective in order to implement and execute tasks/projects in the best possible way. You have strong communications skills. Other desired traits for this position are structured, driven and with the ability to adapt due to Ejendals being a dynamic and expanding company.
